As a Sales Agent at Efortek, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new clients for our advanced software systems. Responsibilities:
1.Identify and Target Clients: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients for Efortek’s software systems across various business sectors.
2.Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.
3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
4.Conduct Presentations and Demos: Present Efortek’s products and services to potential clients through presentations and demonstrations.
5.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
6.Report Sales Activities: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to management.
7.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
1.Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tech or any other business relevant field.
2.Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency in using computers and various software tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
3.IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT and tech products, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
4.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
5.Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently , manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
Salary:
Compensation: This position offers a commission-based salary structure, where earnings are based on the number of products sold. There is no fixed salary; instead, your income is directly tied to your sales performance.
